Text description provided by the architects. The main premise behind the design for the COMSEFAZ (National Committee of State Secretaries of Finance) headquarters was to provide an adequate space to host committees from all over Brazil, composed of the 27 finance secretaries and their advisors. The layout was organized around the large auditorium, the primary program requirement.
