Text description provided by the architects. The main guideline for the apartment's proposal was to achieve the greatest possible integration of the social areas. This connection was meant to be both spatial and through materials and design solutions. Old masonry walls were demolished, allowing the living room, dining room, kitchen, and TV area to be merged. The boundary between the dining room and the kitchen is defined by a white terrazzo floor with brass joints. The outline of this floor creates an axis that runs from the main window of the living room balcony to the end of the service area.
