Text description provided by the architects. The apartment is located in a low-rise, two-block condominium, a type of building no longer constructed in the neighborhood. The entire ground floor of the building features pilotis, which gives the first-floor apartments the feel of a house. This was the starting point for the project's concept: to create the sensation of a house within an 86-square-meter apartment.
