Text description provided by the architects. The Arinda building is a typical commercial and service building in the Vila Buarque neighborhood. As such, it features a rational structure, with support columns placed primarily along its perimeter walls. It has slabs that span considerable distances without columns, and a profusion of windows facing the exterior. In addition, a fortunate L-shaped layout on the plot, combined with these other attributes, made the implementation of this project possible.
