Ventana House / Bloco B arquitetura + Arquitetura Bossa

Text description provided by the architects. The design for the Casa Ventana cultural space was developed to replace the garage of an artists' residence with a school of movement and a performance space. Several premises guided the design choices: durability and resistance due to the aesthetic need to represent a secure building, relationship with the immediate surroundings, construction time, and budget constraints. The site accommodates both the cultural center and the residence where the artists live.
