The design for an insurance company office in Porto Alegre had three main challenges: a limited budget; a tight construction schedule; and the need to accommodate a range of functions with different privacy requirements within a compact floor plan. Following a conventional layout pattern, the enclosed restroom areas group the service functions, which, in addition to the restrooms, include a small kitchenette.
