Text description provided by the architects. Located in the century-old Nápoles neighborhood of Mexico City, the Kansas 167 building houses 8 apartments of different sizes and typologies to meet the diverse needs of potential buyers. The apartments are stacked to form a volume lightened by large windows; these are surrounded by spacious 20-meter-long balconies that overlook the surrounding city and function as overhangs to mitigate solar heat gain.
