DDN 1368 is a project that began with a particular challenge: designing a six-story residential building with ten apartments and a semi-basement on an extremely compact 2,325-square-foot (216 m²) lot. Due to the city's relentless growth in recent years, our studio has increasingly worked on projects in central areas, typically on small lots with unique design demands. This has strengthened our approach to analyzing compact living spaces while ensuring the best possible living conditions for residents.
