Text description provided by the architects. In this project, the starting point was to maximize layout integration while emphasizing the multifunctionality of the spaces. The home office is a prime example: integrated with the living area, it features a dual-purpose cart that serves as both a coffee station and a bar. Additionally, the reading armchair doubles as an extension of the living room seating. To further enhance and integrate the apartment, we chose to install a television on a swiveling mount, allowing it to serve multiple areas, including the office, the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room.
