Text description provided by the architects. 1. To consolidate a traditional urban fabric of elongated blocks, it felt natural to reinforce the idea of the building as a new corner. Consequently, we pushed the entire built mass to the outer perimeter of the lot, leaving an interior courtyard with terraces. In a neighborhood adapting to new urban regulations that permit taller structures, this building could serve as a modest blueprint for future developments.
