Text description provided by the architects. The project for the new headquarters of PRAVALER, a fintech operating in the education sector, aims to reinforce the brand's DNA, creating a youthful, creative, and technological environment. The brand's primary colors, along with objects that evoke the world of education, were chosen to translate the company's values into the physical space. In the reception area, for instance, visitors are welcomed by a ceiling installation made of black graduation caps. Designed using parametric processes (generating geometries through computer algorithms), it references the gesture of throwing caps in the air, a typical celebration at graduation ceremonies. In this same space, the reception desk—made of an OSB panel vertically cut to create a play of solid and void, with a slight slope at one end—evokes a row of books leaning on a shelf. To meet the client's needs, all teams and the call center share the same floor, fostering interaction and exchange between teams that had previously always been separated, while meeting rooms and more collaborative areas are located on the upper floor. The layout design was based on a collaborative culture, encouraging alternative ways of working.
