Text description provided by the architects. Because the company was expanding and needed to relocate urgently, we completed both the design and construction in a short timeframe—practically four months in total. This startup specializes in the search, pre-analysis, and management of documents and certificates, using technology to cut red tape, reduce costs, and shorten lead times. From the outset, we envisioned an industrial-style space with the feel of an American loft—a modern, youthful look that aligns with the identity of tech companies. Furthermore, adopting this aesthetic helped us manage a limited budget, as leaving elements exposed and using more rustic finishes was more cost-effective than other construction styles.
