Text description provided by the architects. Invited to design the Casa Loft project, we knew the proposal had to be innovative, striking, and at the same time, uncomplicated. Loft, a digital platform that facilitates buying and selling real estate, did not yet have a space open to the public to establish its institutional presence in the city. Our challenge, therefore, was to materialize the digital experience into a welcoming and human brand immersion. The chosen property—a two-story house with a rooftop—was completely reconfigured to accommodate the new concept. This was achieved not through demolition, as practically nothing was torn down, but through the insertion of new volumes and elements that offer a new spatial experience, creating a new journey of occupation.
