Text description provided by the architects. Lar Mar is the destination for people who are in São Paulo but wish they were at the beach. Taking advantage of an abandoned house with a generous backyard, the project substantially consists of a renovation. Most of the architectural interventions were light demolitions, breaking as little as possible to preserve the identity of the space while allowing for free circulation.
