Dating back to the 1980s, the slab building with north-south orientation, designed by the renowned architect from Campinas, Gilberto Pascoal, greatly pleased the clients. Morning sun in the bedrooms, large openings resulting in abundant natural light and ventilation, and a privileged location in the city made the major challenge ahead well worth it. The renovation was to encompass all spaces, including the replacement of all penthouse windows, as well as floors, wall finishes, doors, electrical wiring, plumbing, relocation of the main riser, millwork, and waterproofing of the upper floor.
