It hosts this emblematic and striking building, primarily corporate and commercial in program, with an emphatically practical and pragmatic character, and high efficiency in both functional and sustainability aspects. The program ensures optimal lighting and ventilation for all users at all times. It offers high spatial quality, emphasizing material simplicity in both structure and finishes. The design focuses on ease of operation and low maintenance for the offices, retail spaces, and public areas alike. The project comprises a total of 6,700.00 square meters of built area, including basements.
