Text description provided by the architects. The Cortés GRU restaurant is the third steakhouse location for the Ráscal Group, situated in Terminal 2 of the São Paulo International Airport. Covering an area of approximately 450 square meters (4,840 square feet), the design followed a similar brief to the first two locations, but incorporated adjustments to suit the public profile and fast-paced flow of a high-traffic airport.
