The renovation of this apartment, located in a 1930s building, is divided into two fundamental interventions: the restoration of the original hexagonal cement tile flooring, rich in geometric patterns and colors; and a simple layout for a two-bedroom home where natural light and cost-efficiency were the primary design drivers.
