Text description provided by the architects. An abstract silence in the compact profile of the city block. A play of interior courtyards and vertical terraces reinterprets the concept of municipal boundaries, generating a fluid relationship of spaces. Within this framework, the building enhances the link between interior and exterior in a dialogue between public and private, fostering a way of living that blurs and challenges the concept of boundaries. As Thomas Fuller once noted, "all things are difficult before they are easy," and this principle guides the project from its very beginning.
