Text description provided by the architects. Celebrating the local from the heart of the kitchen. In Bucerías, the table is lit with embers. The sea and the land define the flavor of each day, and origin matters: who fishes, where it comes from, and what story each ingredient tells. This was the inspiration that—after more than two decades of collaboration on the iconic Café des Artistes—shaped the new project by Estudio 3.14 alongside chef Thierry Blouet: a space that honors the local and transforms it into an architectural experience.
