Designed by architects Mariana Maria Portillo and Pedro Pantoja, the renovation of this 97 m² (1,044 sq ft) single-story penthouse in Copacabana was conceived for hybrid use: serving as a home for the owner, who works from home, as well as for short-term rentals. Found in a precarious state, the property was completely transformed, with no preservation of the original floor plan.
