Located in the iconic JK Building, designed by Oscar Niemeyer in 1951 and considered one of the landmarks of modern architecture in Belo Horizonte, this 80m² (861 sq ft) apartment underwent a complete renovation designed by the firm Piacesi Arquitetos Associados.
