Text description provided by the architects. In August 2016, the government of Mexico City—through SEDUVI, the Miguel Hidalgo borough, and the Colegio de Arquitectos de México—launched the International Ideas Competition for the construction of the Ferrocarril de Cuernavaca Linear Park. The competition was organized in two phases; in the second phase, the five finalists were asked to develop the general concept in detail and apply it to Section 2, adjacent to the Cervecería Modelo brewery.
