Text description provided by the architects. PONTE VECCHIO is a traditional eatery with over 14 years of experience in the industry. Seeking a new brand image for the opening of this branch, the project aimed for a representative, strong, and impactful space that could attract the attention of people walking along the main avenue of the Las Rosas neighborhood, a key street in the development of the new residential hub located in the city of Villa Nueva, Córdoba. Due to the small size of the main room (34 m²) and its layout (a small kitchenette not suitable for cooking), this branch seeks to make the most of the available space, aiming for a self-service store of prepared foods, wines, and exclusive products.
