Located in the Botafogo neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro's South Zone, this project is part of the vertical growth and redevelopment process that has shaped the area in recent years. Challenging the conventional models adopted in the neighborhood and leveraging the unique characteristics of the plot were the main premises of the design. Although situated on a busy street, the lot stands out due to a beautiful and tranquil forest at the rear, which is part of the "Fonte da Saudade" Municipal Park. Consequently, the primary concept for the facade design was to foster a dialogue between these different elements, creating a transition between the movement of the city and the tranquility of nature.
