Text description provided by the architects. Located in the middle of the block, this new building is situated in a residential area of the Villa Devoto neighborhood in the City of Buenos Aires. The lot has a traditional width of 8.66 meters and a limited length of 27 meters. A concrete volume rises on the site, enclosed in a white envelope designed to contain three single-family housing units.
