Text description provided by the architects. The Kansas 167 apartment building is located on the corner of Kansas and Augusto Rodin streets. The project houses eight apartments distributed across two residential blocks, which are separated by a main courtyard facing Kansas Street. Because the corner faces southwest, optimizing and controlling natural light was a constant focus throughout the design process.
