Text description provided by the architects. The commission consisted of designing an exclusive Japanese restaurant and bar located in a new mixed-use building in the city of Lima. This new space needed to reflect the simplicity and elegance of Japanese cuisine through a contemporary architectural language, while offering customers a variety of experiences. Diners would have the option of enjoying a private dinner or having cocktails in a more relaxed atmosphere.
