Text description provided by the architects. The Discovery Building is located on the Paseo de la Castellana, between Cuzco and Plaza Castilla, in the heart of the city's financial district. This new construction is an open, light-filled oasis that makes the most of space and natural light. The core of the proposal lies in completely freeing up its central space by splitting the vertical circulation core in two. This allows for a continuous floor plate of 22 meters (72 feet) and two facades.
