We found ourselves with a two-story row house in Barcelona's Gràcia neighborhood, which had been built as a warehouse in the 1960s by a relative of the owners. It was, therefore, an industrial-character building constructed with perimeter load-bearing walls, steel primary and secondary beams, and ceramic vaults.
