After at least five years of study, the time comes for Architecture and Urbanism students to complete their final graduation projects—often called TCC, TFG, or Graduation Projects. In choosing their topics, students highlight civil, urban, or theoretical projects that play a crucial role in sparking debates about the future of our cities, the built environment, urban infrastructure, mobility, and many other fundamental topics that shape how we inhabit space.
Completing these projects requires a major effort in data collection, research, and design development to solve complex challenges. Because they are not always recognized as they deserve, we launch an annual open call to highlight the best work by students from Portuguese-speaking countries, sharing them with a wider audience to inspire the general public.
If you believe your graduation project is relevant and deserves to be seen by other students and professionals, read the submission guidelines below and share it with us using the form. You can also explore the selected projects from previous years—2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019—for further inspiration!
