From a pool of hundreds of projects published in 2019, readers will choose their favorites, with the 15 most voted advancing to the second stage of voting.
Which projects are eligible?
- Eligible for the voting process are projects built in Portuguese-speaking countries and published in our projects section between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2019.
- By submitting their project for publication on ArchDaily Brasil, firms agree to enter the awards.
- Authorship of each project and its images belongs to the respective firms and photographers.
Who can vote?
- Only registered My ArchDaily users will be able to participate.

- You can nominate / vote for only one building per category in each stage.

- We will present the award to the first, second, and third place winners according to the total number of votes.
- The winners will be announced in an article to be published on April 1 on ArchDaily Brasil.
- The results will be presented to the Portuguese-speaking press and will receive extensive coverage.
- The teams responsible for the winning projects will receive the 2020 Building of the Year trophy.
- The 15 finalists and three winners may use the title for various promotional purposes; ArchDaily Brasil will provide promotional material.
