Known as Latin America's leading art fair, ZONAMACO held its 2019 edition from February 6 to 10 at Mexico City's Centro Citibanamex. The event showcased everything from historical modern art masterpieces to contemporary works by global artists, collectible design pieces, and special editions.
For this edition, Esrawe Studio presented a limited-edition furniture collection crafted from wood and brass. The collection, titled Trama, is inspired by the temporary structures or formwork used in construction. Featuring an asymmetrical modulation, this grid intersects and intertwines using wooden pins. The series consists of three formats—two vertical and one horizontal—crafted in natural or stained oak and featuring natural or aged brass elements.
