“Adela – cocina de origen” seeks to create an experience where Mexican gastronomy stands out through the honesty of its ingredients and the authenticity of its dishes. Therefore, the concept stems from a reinterpretation of local colonial architecture, where the frankness of natural materials and traditional elements speak for themselves, in an unpretentious space where our roots are elevated to create a sensory experience of contemporary Mexican folklore.
