Text description provided by the architects. Axé is a Bahian greeting (from Salvador de Bahía) and a religious term used for many years in Brazil, meaning positive energy. This phrase triggered the energy needed to develop, alongside my Brazilian clients, this unique project located in Lima, Peru. The arid, corner lot with an area of 500 m2 allowed us to resolve the project with a sense of synthesis, achieving a formal, spatial, and programmatic economy that houses and contains the emotions and desires of its users.
