Text description provided by the architects. The skyline of Marginal Pinheiros in São Paulo welcomed a new landmark in 2021: RiverOne, a mixed-use building located on Rua Gerivatiba, along the banks of the Pinheiros River in the Butantã neighborhood, has just been completed. Developed by SDI Desenvolvimento Imobiliário and Tellus Investimentos, the project was designed by the global architecture and design firm Perkins&Will, combining corporate floors, residential units, and commercial spaces within a single 140-meter-tall tower.
