CZ House is located in the fifth region in the commune of Rocas De Santo Domingo, set on a simple lot recently incorporated into the urban area, resulting in a site that borders the rural and the semi-urban. The subdivision is longer than it is wide, with a clear north-south orientation, and is conditioned by neighboring lots of similar characteristics to both the east and west.
