Text description provided by the architects. The GS House is located in the Playa Del Golf residential development in the Asia district, 95 kilometers south of the city of Lima, within the typical desert environment of the Peruvian coast. The project faced two main constraints: 1) designing a beach house far from the beach; and 2) covering a very large lot by traditional beach house standards (1,300 m2) with a built area limited by budget constraints (325 m2).
