His silence is so loud that the birds hear it
from afar
And come to rest on his shoulder.
His eye renews the afternoons.
He keeps his work tools in an old chest;
1 dawn opener
1 rustling nail
1 river shrinker - and
1 horizon stretcher.
(Bernardo manages to stretch the horizon using three
spider web threads. The thing gets really stretched.)
