Text description provided by the architects. The client, who only visits Brazil for business, already had a preconceived concept in mind regarding both style and construction methods. We followed an American-style construction approach; the apartment, which was brand new and located in a signature building in the Jardins neighborhood, was completely gutted, leaving only the beams and columns. The entire floor plan was rebuilt using drywall to accommodate the layout designed in the project.
