Text description provided by the architects. The Banco de la Provincia del Neuquén needed to solve the operational challenges caused by having its offices scattered across different locations. Through a national design competition that drew participation from more than 50 firms across the country, the bank commissioned a project to consolidate its administrative areas, add two bank branches, and connect the new buildings with the headquarters—a building constructed in the 1980s that had to remain on the same site and continue operating uninterrupted.
