The project was created based on a specific brief: to combine two neighboring 753-square-foot (70 m²) apartments and transform them into a well-integrated, practical single unit. Taking advantage of the building's open-plan layout, we developed a floor plan that allows for end-to-end views of the apartment—meaning that from the closet, one can see all the way to the kitchen. At the same time, large millwork panels define the spaces and manage privacy.
