Text description provided by the architects. The client was unsure whether she would continue living in Brazil or dedicate herself to personal projects abroad, so she opted to rent. Our biggest challenge in this project was precisely because it was a rental property; the client was in a hurry for the furniture to arrive and uncertain if she would stay for a long period. Therefore, we had a limited budget and could not carry out a complete renovation to make everything exactly as she wanted.
