Text description provided by the architects. The design of the space went beyond creating a work environment. Our challenge was to establish the identity of a new company, transforming a bland corporate floor into an environment that stimulates innovation and collaborative work. Weduu was born from the merger of two technology companies established in different eras, with different histories and backgrounds. One company, created in the 90s, and another with less than 5 years of history. The first has employees with an average age of 50, while the other averages 25. This cultural diversity was the starting point for designing a dynamic and contemporary place—above all, a welcoming environment that prioritizes interaction and sharing, allowing people to get to know each other and freely develop ideas through the appropriation of the spaces. The site is a 1,000 m² corporate floor in São Paulo.
