The Forêt project was the winner of the international competition organized in early 2019 by the Concéntrico Festival in collaboration with the Métropole Rouen Normandie. This initiative was part of La Forêt Monumentale, an art biennial organized by Métropole Rouen Normandie and the NFB focused on integrating art and the forest—given the vast woodland areas in the region—to highlight and showcase the surrounding nature.
