Text description provided by the architects. The project is located on a plot in the northern part of the city, facing a wooded creek. Measuring 10 meters wide by 30 meters deep, the site features street access on both ends and is flanked by neighboring properties on its sides. The program is organized across four levels, including a basement. Functionally, the design separates user flows by dividing the entrances: public access is positioned on the main street facing the creek, while staff entry is located on the secondary street.
