Text description provided by the architects. Etú Plaza is a shopping center located on an 1,816-square-meter lot in Zone 14 of Guatemala City. The compact size of the site presented a design challenge in achieving maximum efficiency in both parking and commercial profitability. Various preliminary designs were evaluated alongside the client to ultimately define a program that included 5 underground parking levels and 4 levels for commercial spaces.
