Text description provided by the architects. In Casa BENJA, following the same philosophy as our other works, priority is given to inhabiting a structure rather than structuring a way of living.
The hierarchy lies in the materiality and its monumentality, which, through its own layout, resolves everything necessary with a single formal-structural operation.
