Spring blossoms, summer storms, autumn mists, and winter snows. In the blink of an eye, only six hours remain of 2018. Looking back at our resolutions from the beginning of the year, many were achieved; those that weren't have been shrugged off as "just how life goes." This year, as always, we fought for architectural design, stood firm for architectural ideals, celebrated architectural achievements, reflected on architectural accidents, mourned the loss of masters, and marveled at the industry's evolution. Yet we remain rational in our belief that dedication and protection of our profession represents the guiding light for the industry.

Below, we have compiled the pageviews and comments from www.archdaily.cn to summarize the state of the architectural industry this past year. Rather than a mere yearbook, this is a compilation of celebration and reflection, offered in the hope of providing inspiration to professionals across the field.
