Text description provided by the architects. The Instituto do Sono is a neurology clinic specializing in sleep performance diagnostics and related consultations. Patients stay overnight at the facility for polysomnography readings, which required a highly specific building program in terms of installations, including a set of fully equipped suites for overnight stays and a monitoring room, in addition to spaces common to clinical environments, such as a reception, a waiting area, and consultation rooms.
